John A. Wieter, P.E.
Vice President, Director - Water
Mr. Wieter is a principal in the firm and leads HMG’s Water Group. His water supply experience includes facilities planning, hydraulic modeling, treatment plant design, pump station design, storage tank design & distribution system design. His wastewater experience includes treatment plant design, sludge management, infiltration/inflow analyses, lift station design, & collection system design.
He has over 15 years of experience in water & wastewater engineering, both as a consultant and as an engineer for the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District. Mr. Wieter has a BS in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and Missouri. He is based at the Corporate Office.
