The Village of Libertyville is moving forward with important wastewater infrastructure improvements through the Cass Avenue Lift Station Replacement project. Designed by HMG Engineers, Inc., the project will modernize and enhance the Village’s sanitary sewer system.

The scope of work includes extending existing sanitary sewers, removing the outdated wet well and valve vault, and installing a new package lift station. The new facility will feature two sewage pumps, upgraded valves and piping, new hatches, a control panel, and other necessary appurtenances to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

By replacing aging infrastructure with modern equipment, the Village will improve system performance and reduce the risk of failures that can impact residents and businesses.
