The work is located in the Northeast quadrant of the US Route 50/CH 11 (Jamestown Road) diamond interchange on the north side of the City of Breese, Illinois, and it included constructing a new Best One Tire store, a new concrete public roadway, drainage detention and water/sanitary sewer facilities.
The proposed parking lot contained 28 stalls, 2 of which are ADA accessible. HMG performed the topographic surveys, legal surveys, Right-of-Way/Easement plats, and site design which included preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for the new 500’ long public roadway with curb/gutter and storm sewer, water/sanitary sewer facilities, drainage detention and the Best One Tire site. HMG’s services also included utility/City/IDOT coordination, permitting (EcoCAT, IHPA, IEPA SWPPP/Water/Sanitary Sewer), construction guidance and staking.
Private funds were used to finance the project.
