This project contains the addition of a 6 inch thick Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement parking lot containing 95 new parking spaces, a storm water detention basin and a new 272 ft oil and chip access driveway.  Work, more particularly, includes earth excavation, aggregate base course, PCC Pavement, PCC sidewalks, storm sewer, seeding and pavement striping. 

Private funds and city funds were used to finance the project.
