This project was located along CH 11 (Dillinger Road), beginning approximately 1.2 miles west of Reed Station Road and extending 1.6 miles west, for a total length of about 2,200 feet. The site was identified as a high-accident location with fatalities and qualified for funding under the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). Reconstruction included a new aggregate base course and hot-mix asphalt pavement, major horizontal and vertical realignment, ditch regrading, guardrail installation, soil borings with geotechnical reporting, and drainage improvements.

HMG provided topographic and legal surveys, geometric design, right-of-way platting, permitting (ESR), preparation of the Project Development Report (PDR) for IDOT approval, and the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. Construction was completed in 2019 with an awarded cost of $721,679.17.
