About

The Oaktree Lift Station improvements included new submersible pumps in the existing wet well, new precast concrete valve vault and valving, new natural gas standby generator, new pump control panel, SCADA panel and site fencing.

Other site work included bypass pumping, the demolition of the old diesel generator and building, new electrical and natural gas service, site paving and landscaping. The new duplex submersible pumps have a firm pumping capacity of 510 gpm. Construction challenges included the site’s proximity to residential homes and a neighborhood park.
