Dustin Stine has been with HMG Engineers since 2006, bringing nearly 20 years of surveying and geomatics experience to the team. He serves as Vice President of the Surveying/Geomatics Department. Dustin oversees a wide range of survey operations, including topographic, boundary, right-of-way, and construction staking, as well as GIS services that support municipal planning and infrastructure development.
He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Illinois and holds certifications in multiple IDOT Construction Courses. Dustin is highly skilled in industry-standard software and has led survey work for roadway, water, and utility projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
A strong advocate for professional growth and innovation, Dustin is an active member of the Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association, Illinois GIS Association, and serves on the Kaskaskia College Geospatial Technology Advisory Board.
