Chris Bouchard brings over 17 years of civil engineering and site development experience to HMG Engineers, where he serves as Senior Vice President and Principal, leading the firm’s Mundelein and Bloomington offices. Since joining HMG in 2011, he has managed projects ranging from roadway design and water/sewer improvements to stormwater facilities, site grading, and utility coordination.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois, Chris has overseen infrastructure projects for communities across northern Illinois, including Beach Park, Wauconda, Long Grove, Glen Ellyn, and Round Lake Beach. His work includes water storage tank rehabilitation, street evaluation programs, and sanitary sewer extensions, earning recognition such as the 2016 ACEC Engineering Excellence Special Achievement Award.
