Brett Benhoff has been with HMG Engineers since 2009 and brings over 15 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. As Senior Vice President of Project Management, he has led numerous state and local transportation and bridge projects, providing expertise in hydraulic analysis, bridge inspections, design, and construction oversight.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and holds certifications including LEED Green Associate, IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities, and IDOT Erosion and Sediment Control Workshops: Mods. I, II, III. Brett’s project leadership includes significant efforts with IDOT Districts and local governments, major bridge replacements, and ADA sidewalk ramp design across multiple communities.
As an active leader in his profession, Brett is affiliated with the American Council of Engineering Companies – Illinois, the National Society of Professional Engineers as well as the Order of the Engineer.
