Benjamin Hauck is a senior environmental engineer with nearly 30 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure. He joined HMG Engineers in 2023 and brings a wealth of expertise in treatment, distribution, pumping, storage, and collection systems, as well as permitting and asset management..
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and has led projects across multiple states. Benjamin’s notable work includes water and wastewater master plans, system improvements, and rehabilitation projects. He has managed award-winning work in Arizona for two Tucson Water projects that both received AAEES Excellence in Engineering and Science Awards.
As an active leader in his profession, Benjamin is an active member of a variety of professional organizations including the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Water Works Association, and Illinois Association of Wastewater Agencies.
