ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
HMG has an immediate need for an experienced electrical design engineer. Duties will include electrical/controls design and efficiency audits for buildings, transportation facilities and water/wastewater facilities.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 4 years of experience in electrical/controls design, and be an Engineer Intern (E.I.). Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Illinois, or the ability to obtain via reciprocity, is preferred.

HMG has an immediate need for an experienced environmental scientist at its Murphysboro, Illinois office.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Management, Ecology, Forestry or equivalent, and must be proficient in ArcMap and be skilled in writing scientific reports. Experience with streams and wetlands field procedures and endangered species issues is desirable. Experience with surveying is desirable but not mandatory. This position is part of a team of professionals responsible for compiling environmental permit applications for the coal industry and other clients. Ability to perform year-round field work is required.

Graduate from an accredited university with a BS or MS degree in engineering having a transportation emphasis.

3-10 years of design experience on transportation related projects.
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microstation and Geopak.
